My name is Raynelle. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and I played collegiate softball at St. Mary's University. I graduated PA school from UTMB in Galveston, Texas and found a deep interest in Orthopaedics. In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, pickle ball, reading and spending time with family.

Taylor is an exceptional licensed practical nurse and an essential part of the TruOrtho team. She serves as Dr. Lynch's right hand, helping coordinate patient care, answer questions and support patients throughout their treatment and recovery.

Taylor approaches every patient with compassion, patience and genuine concern. She understands that orthopaedic care can feel overwhelming and works hard to ensure each patient feels heard, informed and supported. Her clinical knowledge, reliability and passion for helping others make her an invaluable member of our practice.

Outside of TruOrtho, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family. She brings the same warmth, dedication and thoughtfulness to her patients that she brings to those closest to her.

Lorena R.

Benefits Coordinator

Lorena is TruOrtho's benefits expert and patient advocate. She helps patients understand their insurance coverage, anticipated costs and the often complicated requirements created by insurance companies.

Navigating insurance can be confusing and frustrating. Lorena works diligently to verify benefits, communicate with insurance carriers and help patients understand their options before treatment. Her knowledge, persistence and attention to detail help make the financial side of orthopedic care clearer and less stressful for our patients.

Lorena is passionate about helping people and takes pride in guiding patients through each step of the insurance process. Outside of the office, she values spending time with her family and brings a strong sense of compassion and commitment to everything she does.
